Shipping Methods & Rates

Orders shipped to US continental addresses will be shipped via USPS. Orders shipped to a non-US address may be shipped from our partners in Hong Kong. We reserve the right to use any carriers.

Orders received prior to 5 PM Monday through Friday will generally be shipped within two business days. Some items may require extra lead time, and they are noted on the web site.

Returns & Exchanges

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to arrange an exchange for your purchase.

  • We will exchange your purchase for another item available at Queenberry Inc within 30 days of purchase. The shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • On-sale items are not refundable or returnable.
  • Custom-made orders are not refundable or returnable.
  • Your return will be processed in 2-3 business days upon receipt.
  • If you return items purchased using the free shipping, and your order drops below the threshold, then you may be charged a shipping fee up to $4.00 for Free Super Saver Shipping used or up to $7.50 for Free Priority Shipping used.
  • Please return your package and invoice to the address below via an insured courier. queenberry.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost while being returned to us.

Order on Insufficient Stock Products

Products marked with  *Insufficient stock* do not exist in desired quantity in our stock. You can buy them anyway and check the quantity we have in stock for immediate delivery. However, we do not guarantee unshipped quantity be fulfilled. This can happen when we are unable to replenish the raw materials for the items. In this case, we will issue a refund for the unshipped quantity to you.
